Hope Victoria Charles, MBA, MA, NCC

About Hope Victoria Charles

Hope serves as a co-founder and Managing Director for “Daddy’s Girls, Inc.".

Professional Background

Hope has worked for over 20 years in corporate America. From Military Defense, to the Energy Sector, Hope has served in numerous Financial Leadership roles. Hope eventually pivoted into her calling of Mental Health Counseling, where she serves the Central Florida and surrounding areas. 

Academic Pursuits/Education background

Hope received her bachelor’s degree from Hampton University, her MBA from American Inter Continental University, and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She is also currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Counseling Education and Supervision, also from Liberty University.

Personal Commitment 

Hope has dedicated her life to helping and serving others. Her mission is helping people heal from their pain. The journey that came from losing her father gave her life my new meaning. She is dedicated to heling others get to the other side of their grief and loss.  

Carrie Harper Walton

About Carrie Harper Walton

Carrie serves as a co-founder and Director for “Daddy’s Girls, Inc.”.

Professional Background

Pastor Carrie, as she was so fondly called when she and Dr. Eugene Walton started out in their ministry at Ft. Myer Army Post in Arlington, VA.  The couple, when they first met in December 1966 always stood on the scripture Roman 8:31, “If God be for us, who can be against us”.  This scripture has been the cornerstone for this couple and their family. Pastor Carrie is often heard declaring, “I know in whom I trust”.

Pastor Carrie attended Florida State University and graduated in 1975. She then attended the International Seminary in Orlando, Florida.  She and Dr. Walton pastored the Ft. Myer Gospel Service on post in Arlington, VA, which included troops from all military branches. Pastor Carrie and Dr. Walton conducted crusades in Nigeria West Africa and was instrumental in helping 1,500 souls come to Christ.  In 1996 Pastor Carrie started a Prayer Ministry that encouraged people to stand in the GAP for each other. The Holy Spirit gave her the name GAP Warrior (God’s Anointed Prayer Warriors), a ministry she still leads today.   

Academic Pursuits/Education background

She graduated from Florida State University and is a Licensed Pastor. She served as an Adjunct Professor for International Seminary

Personal Commitment 

As I look over my life, I have come to realize that Prayer is the answer to every situation in life. Prayer is a powerful tool giving guidance, peace, connecting us with the Father in every situation. It is not a magic wand used for desired outcomes, but Prayer is the way to align with the will of God, to build our faith, find strength, and find wisdom.  

Faith Bell

About Faith Bell

Faith Bell serves as a co-founder and Director for “Daddy’s Girls, Inc.”.

Professional Background

Founder and driving force behind Pure Living Coach, an organization dedicated to creating a well-structured environment for clients where transformation takes place with guidance. I work from the belief that all people have the resilience to face life’s challenges. I believe every hurdle we overcome makes us more confident and stronger. 

Personal Commitment 

My passion is helping people gain insight on what has been holding them back and guide them to a place where they are confident in themselves, their choices and overall life. It is my desire that each client leaves each session feeling heard and seen. Wherever you are on your wellness journey, I am ready to help you take the next healthier step. 

Pamela Joseph

About Pamela Joseph

Pamela serves as a co-founder and Director for “Daddy’s Girls, Inc.”.

Professional Background

Pamela Joseph lives by a single motto: leave everything better than you found it. This desire for improvement and excellence has borne out in her more than 25 years of public service within the federal government. Pamela has spent her career serving the workforce of the General Services Administration, the Department of Energy, the Department of Homeland Security, NASA, and the Department of Health & Human Services. Pamela’s has created and managed several federal programs within these agencies, including onboarding programs for new employees, mentoring programs, and internal coaching services for employees and federal leaders. 

Academic Pursuits/Education background

Pamela earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, an MBA in International Business, and is a Master Certified Professional & Life Coach.

Personal Commitment 

As someone who has overcome the loss of a marriage, a business, and her beloved father, I recognize how critical it is to persevere during the darkest of times. Resilience brings its own reward, but unity commands the blessing of God! I am committed to walking in unity with women and girls that are navigating the depths of loss, providing emotional support, mentorship, and coaching. Daddy’s Girls will traverse the valley of loss with a renewed sense of hope, acceptance, and faith in God’s ability to bring forth purpose out of pain.

Angel Hines serves as the Christian Advisor for “Daddy's Girls, Inc.” a ministry dedicated to serving women and girls experiencing grief.

BA - Business Administration/Applied Management, Strayer University, Washington, DC

Personal Commitment 

Angel Hines is a dedicated mother, accomplished business consultant, and proud graduate of Strayer University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Applied Management. With a passion for empowering others, Angel also serves as a Foster and Adoption Resource Advocate, helping families navigate the rewarding journey of providing safe and loving homes for children in need.

Beyond her professional and advocacy work, a firm believer in living life to the fullest, she loves to travel, embracing new cultures, experiences, and perspectives that continue to inspire her personally and professionally.

Angel embodies grace, purpose, and creativity—continually striving to make a positive impact wherever life takes her!

Dr. Cynthia Shelton

About Dr. Cynthia Shelton
Christian Advisor, Ministry Leader, and Pastoral Counselor-in-Training

Dr. Cynthia Shelton serves as the Christian Advisor for “Daddy's Girls, Inc.” a ministry dedicated to serving women and girls experiencing grief. With a heart for pastoral care, Dr. Shelton guides women through the stages of loss, offering Christ-centered support, grace, and love as they journey toward healing. Her ministry is rooted in the compassionate leadership modeled by Jesus, emphasizing the importance of walking alongside others in their pain and restoration (Galatians 6:2).

Professional Background
With over 15 years of experience as a Human Resources Leader in Fortune 500 organizations, Dr. Shelton brings a wealth of expertise in organizational leadership and people development. She holds a master’s degree in human resource management and a PhD in Organization and Management, with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Her professional journey has equipped her with the skills to lead with empathy, wisdom, and integrity—qualities she now channels into her pastoral counseling vocation.

Academic Pursuits
Currently, Dr. Shelton is pursuing Pastoral Counseling in Leadership at Liberty University, with the expectation of completing her studies in 2026. Her academic focus reflects her commitment to integrating biblical principles with practical leadership, preparing her to serve as a pastoral counselor who empowers others to find hope and purpose through faith.

Personal Commitment
Dr. Shelton’s calling is to serve others as Christ served, embracing each individual with unconditional love and compassion. She believes in the transformative power of God’s Word to heal and restore, and is guided by scriptures such as 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 (“…the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God.”) and Matthew 20:26-28 (“…whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant…”). Her ministry and professional life are united by a desire to reflect Christ’s servant leadership, helping others experience grace, hope, and renewal.

Dr. Sharon Lewis, PhD, LPC, NCC

About Dr. Sharon Lewis, PhD, LPC, NCC

Sharon Lewis, PhD, LPC, NCC, serves as CORE faculty in the Department of Counselor Education and Family Studies at Liberty University, where she educates, supervises, and mentors students in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. As an educator, licensed professional counselor, clinical supervisor, mentor, and advocate, Dr. Lewis is deeply committed to the development of competent, ethical, and compassionate counselors.

Professional Background

Since earning her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in 2004, Dr. Lewis has worked extensively with individuals, couples, families, and children. She is expertly trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a range of evidence-based clinical mental health interventions. Her professional experience extends beyond traditional clinical settings, as she also values opportunities to serve and collaborate with local churches, as well as for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

Personal Commitment

Central to Dr. Lewis’s work is a deep personal and spiritual commitment to living out her calling. She counsels and teaches with purpose, believing she has been called to both. Rather than choosing between the two, she intentionally integrates them—finding fulfillment in direct clinical work while investing in the education and formation of future counselors. Her passion for the counseling profession is matched by her desire to equip others to serve with excellence, integrity, and compassion.
